  My uncle and I stopped at this DQ Hallsville location on our way back to Louisiana today. LA doesn't sell steak fingers, so we stopped by to get our steak finger fix. Heather was extremely professional and kind to us, as she was a one woman show at that moment we came in. We were very impressed at the food quality Heather's customer service. The food was delicious! 10/10. If I get back this way, I will definetly be stopping at this location. 👍

  Very Friendly staff!!! Very caring assistant manager!!! Really good food...love the chicken and dumplings!!

  Was in at 8:30 tonight and will not be going back. I walked in and the cook was taking care of the front counter. He took care of the customer in front of me then he took my order. He was polite and professional until he went to the back a prepare the food without washing his hands or changing his gloves before handling the food. When I said something to him about it he said he did change his gloves which was a lie because I was watching him the whole time. This is not the first time this has happened (I saw it a couple of weeks ago with a different cook) but it will be the last time. I said something to the manager on duty the first time and it was corrected on the spot but since it happened again I can see that this is normal procedure for this location and I will not be returning.
