  My mom and I went through the drive-thru at the Hallettsville McDonald’s and placed two completely separate orders for two different houses. When they brought our food out, they had put both orders into one bag. We asked for another bag because we needed to keep the two orders separated. Instead of simply handing us a bag, the employee very rudely tossed a bag toward us. Honestly, I would have put the food in the bag myself if it wasn’t for her nasty attitude. So I told her, “No, ma’am. You put the burgers and fries in the bag.” She proceeded to put two burgers and one order of fries into the bag, and in the process, she spilled whole batch of my other fries all over the hamburger grease. This entire interaction was completely unnecessary. We weren’t being rude or difficult—we simply wanted our two separate orders kept separate. There is absolutely no reason a customer should be treated with that kind of attitude over something so simple. And the inside WOW much worse! First step in door is so Gloomy! And yes i kniw how to work the Kiosk but if im placing order..i want to actually look at the person! I always feel like mcdonald's these days are just for a year thats not even hear yet!

  When I eat somewhere it doesn't seem.like a lot to ask to have an employee greet me and take my order. The one employee we saw brought out the food, didn't say anything, just plopped it on the table and left. My fry container was less than half full and the burger was barely warm. Guess Whataburger will get our business from now on, we won't be back to this McDonald's.

  Friendly staff, but every time my order is wrong 😞. Gave them another chance this morning. Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. Received a sausage and egg biscuit, no cheese. Wouldn't have minded so much if they remember at least the cheese!!

  Drove thru around 4pm, on way home, got 2 burgers. Double burger with cheese for husband and smaller for me. He ate burger immediately. I sat mine aside. Hubby has been vomiting for the last half hour--around 5 pm. I'm afraid to eat my burger.
