I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger and they brought out a burger with cold cheese wasn’t even melted . Then when I pressed the red button the girl answered and I told her what was wrong with my burger and she said she didn’t know what I wanted her to do about fixing my burger . Then she comes out hands me the same burger and the cheese still wasn’t melted. And had an attitude and a rude look on her face and I’m a regular and I will no longer be eating from this location again.

All we ordered was a drink and a sonic blast. We have waited for 15 minutes so far. The only thing thats coming out of the kitchen is drinks right now. Bunch of kids who have ZERO clue what they're doing. 🙄 This new generation is doomed. If i could give it less than 1 star, I absolutely would. Holy crap. This is probably the worst sonic we have been to.

I pass the one in Van Alystne to come to this Sonic. This is one of the best Sonic I've ever been to, no lie. Food is always perfect and the service is amazing. Thank y'all for caring enough about your jobs to do good and take care of your customers.
