  I am very unhappy with my Sonic app. Because y'all stopped the half price drinks all day through the app. Not everyone can make it to Sonic at happy hour 2:00 to 4:00.

  Have continuously never gotten a condiment from this sonic. I don’t know why they’re rationing. I get charged for it on my receipt every time then have to turn around and drive back to cancel and get my money back. Very very annoying huge waste of time. Don’t expect to get a single condiment with your order, even if it’s on the receipt and you pay for it. Pathetic attention to detail whenever you order. Called, they said “we will give you points” no i dont want to come back lmao, i called customer support “i will send this up to my supervisor” nice sonic, im sure the higher up CEOs will care ab my order…..

  The employees got my food wrong and some manager tried to argue with me and told me I ordered it wrong. Very rude and not that smart
