It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I go to Whataburger at less 2 twice and can guarantee something to be mess up
Them just not Giving you items that you order or the order just be wrong. It’s not like it that difficult I pay high prices to be bad food and service

The food is great, if you can get it. It's gotten to the point where I have to stop what I'm doing, check my bag, and make sure I got everything. Because they are terrible at making sure their orders are correct and most of the time I go home missing something. The managers are generally good about replacing food, but by then, my original food is cold, and it's a drive to get back to the place, so it's not worth the effort. Do better, GBC Whataburger.

I’m not one to complain, but this was ridiculous. The night team needs serious work—everyone was running around like chickens with their heads cut off, with zero organization. The staff was rude, and when we went through the drive-thru, our drinks were half empty. It honestly just seems like these people don’t care.
It wasn’t even busy, so there’s no excuse for service this bad. Do better. Seriously.

Ordered $38 worth of food and didn’t get my order, I am very displeased and tried to call the location only to be ignored. It was just me in line when I ordered and when I paid. At the window where I collected the food someone then pulled into the drive through. I don’t understand how this would have or could have happened. NORMALLY I wouldn’t make a review because mistakes happen but this has been an ongoing event for me at the GBC Whataburger location.
