  Got trapped in the parking lot by a delivery truck for over 30 minutes and counting. No one made an announcement to give customers the chance to move their vehicles and staff did not care.

  When I got the fries i thought it was pepper thinking they probably changed the recipe from only salt to also pepper but when I bit them it was actually old burnt oil

  Ordered about 35 dollars worth of food and then drove 15 min home. At my house we all eat together. When I got home I realized we were missing one of our meals. After driving the 15 min back and presenting everything I had. The manager at the store was very rude. I explained the order was made right except my 2 cheeseburgers were missing. She was not very courteous at all and instead had the whole kitchen talking out loud joking around about there mistake in making the food. And I shouldn't have been upset. I requested they remake the order since everything was cold and having to drive back and forth. She laughed and said not for 2 cheeseburgers. Im glad that my service was a laughing stock and my family couldn't eat together. I requested my money back and it looks like it is a couple days till I receive that. Terrible customer service today. They need a better manager who is more coolheaded

  Food is way better than the mabank location. The front of house does seem to be a bunch of kids not knowing what they’re doing and lacking guidance from anyone older. With a little work the service could get better. Have issues every so often, usually when going through the drive through.
