  Went throught the drive thru received our order and on the drive back home i realized my card was never given to me so I go ahead and lock my card and did some errands and then called and told them I didn't receive my card back they explain how I had just "drove off" without payment because my card was "not going through". When I checked my acc money was already taken from the order so they did confused me there and not to mention i had seen my card in the young ladies hand with my drink which is why I didn't process the fact my card wasnt given back to me but I had told them It was fine and ill go ahead and go back for it. The old lady (management is think) saw me and i had told her I was there for my card and she rolled her eyes and didn't say a word to me just took her hand out for my id I showed her my ID she rolls her eyes again and gives my id back to me then she goes to the back. another girl looks at her and then she looks at me and her eyes widen with a weird look. Very uncomfortable situation none of them took accountability even after I said it was a simple error and it happens. Not going there again but the ice cream was killer

  I have been to this Dairy Queen far too many times and each and every time the experience is worst than the last. The service is slow, my order is always wrong and the employees are very disrespectful. The store is ran by teenagers and 1 adult woman who hides in the back of the store all the time. This is the last time I will be visiting this store!!!
