Worst experience ever at a fast food place 15 workers in a still can't get the order right nobody at the register to take your order just excuses and bad service I would give them a zero hands down they do not need to be open ordered lettuce and tomatoes on my double quarter pounder they wasn't even added on there but they charged me for it I just don't understand I will never go back there me personally if I had the opportunity I would close the doors today don't pass go never open again......Dirty

I went back because all my food was wrong, went back and forth with whichever manager was on duty and they were extremely rude. I’m not sure what manager is on duty today, but something needs to be fixed. In front of me and another customer this same manager calls her employee stupid and barated her.

I genuinely don’t understand the concept of closing the lobby (usually before it’s supposed to be) and taking strictly drive thru orders only, making the line wrap around the building. Sitting in the car for over an hour WITH two operating windows is insane. For the people who DoorDash and whose money relies on time, this is awful.
