  We live in a small tiwn with limited restaurant options. Yes, we did order within 30 of closing, but you still treat customers with a strong business model in mind. You don't put customers for 15 mins so the time runs closer to closing time the customers can't order. This happened to us last night. We won't be back. I would rather order frozen pizza which we did.

  This place is the worst. They mess up my order Everytime. The last order I used my points for bread sticks and I didn't get them and they took my points and I contacted customer service and still don't have my points or my bread sticks. The week before that they didn't give me all of my wings. I called and they brought me 3 wings. The week before that I didn't get the ranch and bbq sauce. It sucks that this is really the only pizza place in the area and they know it and don't care if their service sucks or not.

  Delivery driver went above and beyond, we got into town late. The only thing to eat was pizza, i was in an 18 Wheeler, so ordered it to my hotel. Forgot to put the room number on the order. I was watching the tracker in my app. It still showed was in the oven, i had a knock on the door it was the delivery driver he talked to the front desk and figured out who ordered the pizza brought it directly to us on the 3rd floor. Way to go way above and beyond, on Halloween no less nice ears and tail BTW. Definitely Should think about promoting the delivery driver.
