Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

It's 2 o'clock in the morning she gonna come in her order a shake! I pulled around cancelled my order took my business elsewhere! Rude, terrible atmosphere and customer service.

The building itself feels old and a bit beat up, with a "sticky" atmosphere that suggests it could use a deep clean and some modernizing. As for the food, the service is a little slow, and the burgers consistently come out lukewarm rather than fresh and hot. While it's a convenient spot, the quality and cleanliness definitely have room for improvement

I tried both the caramel iced coffee and the vanilla iced coffee, double thumbs down. Breakfast taquitos are usually pretty good though, depending on the cook they have on shift. Drive thru cashiers could be a little nicer, not the best attitudes being in customer service. Understandable the job probably sucks, but you're interacting with customers so you should at least crack a tiny smile and be somewhat polite.
