Absolutely pathetic. No other words. Had to repeat myself for 9 minutes straight to get the order- waited forty minutes and it still came out wrong. Food thrown in the bag. Fries littering the bottom of the bag. Drink spilled over in the carrier leaking everywhere. No. Not busy. Maybe four cars in the lot. Been waiting fifteen minutes for a refund after sending the food back and still haven’t been successful.

I'm a doordash worker and I showed up at the Sonic to get an order and they sit there and said they were on their way and they did not show up at all I paid them back then they told me they didn't have the order so I sat there for over 40 minutes and I did not help me at all they need to shut this place down I don't know what they're doing but since I doordash all that went against me they could have told me from the beginning that they didn't have the food and the management and the workers were rude to me

I got the ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito, and as I'm eating it I'm halfway through and notice the cooks forgot to add the tater tots in the burrito. Oh well I guess. Oh and they didn't add extra zesty cheese like i asked for.

They're delivering the wrong orders to the DoorDash drivers. The DoorDash representative told me it's not the first time this has happened, and the customers are blaming the driver as if it were their fault, when it's actually your fault, the employees. You need to pay closer attention to the orders. I won't be ordering from here again.

I'm a Uber driver and I was getting a order at this sonic. And the worker Justin would not help me resolve this issue, he was rude and after I call Uber, like it gave me instructions too on the app. Whenever this happens. I hit the button to the mic. And he would not talk to me, nobody would help me resolve this issue.\n And I think that it is messed up how to treat your customers. There's got to be better ways of handling conflicts. Old business issues, then the way the sonic is doing\nI know back when I was younger fired for this type of stuff nowadays.It's like its accepted the manager would not help me either
