  This location sucks, especially if your ordering for delivery or ordering ahead. The crew seems to REFUSE to include condiments and very often does not include things that were ordered (drinks, cookies, pies, entrée one time). Seriously, if you can't handle the volume, then close.

  Waited 15 minutes at curbside for a pre placed order thinking it would be faster! By the time I got my food, it was cold and my iced coffee was watered down from the ice melting…it had obviously been sitting there for a long time!!

  Every single time I put an order in through the app they cancel it without explanation 😠

  So slow on orders & are very very rude! No one will help you. Waited for food for 45 mins. Went to ask wheres my food & they havent started it! Then when it was done they just threw it on counter. I doordash too & every order takes at least 30 mins before its done

  I don’t know what maybe going on with the training with the people taking orders through the drive through but the order was wrong, the person kept saying give me a minute like they couldn’t figure out the system!!!
