I place orders through Uber Eats and there’s no Parmesan cheese option so I usually choose another cheese and call for them to substitute it….today I was told they can’t substitute it because the price difference between provolone and Parmesan….would you like to guess the difference? 10 cents. Because of 10 cents I can’t get Parmesan cheese on my sandwiches. Because Uber Eats has no option for it. That’s TERRIBLE customer service. 10 cents? Are we kidding? Yall are lucky I work a REAL job or I’d be there in the flesh to deliver ROLLS OF DIMES. FOR FREE. since 10 cents. Is making or breaking this establishment. 10 cents. That’s what we are arguing about here. I’m a regular customer. And I can’t be accommodated? Unacceptable. ADD PARMESAN CHEESE OPTION TO UBER EATS!!!!!!

Drive thru mic might need an upgrade, I dont prefer drive thru but had an item not added to my order the last time I went though.
