  Went in today around 3pm and they seemed extremely busy with a line to the door with the young man named alexis running back serving the food and register himself but still took time to make each bowl with a smile and no complaints. This is proof young people still have worth ethics and this establishment and its crew goes above and beyond.

  The entire staff is absolutely amazing. Every time I come inside which is very often, the store is clean, drink area is restocked and everyone is very welcoming. I personally want to give a big shout out to the store managers, Dasha, Noah, Brandon, Makayla, and anyone else who has helped make my bad days good ones when I come inside. I’ve been to many chipotle stores and none of them are like this one by far! Thank you chipotle for trusting such amazing individuals to manage this location. Warm regards, Ary 😄🤍

  Don’t bother reading the automated responses generated by Chipotle, they plan on fixing absolutely 0 issues. I was the only one in the store at 7:00pm on a Saturday. Out of both chickens, steak, white rice and 2 salsas. Was told it was too late to cook more food and said I should just get something else instead. Yesterday when I tried to come they were locked and closed with employees eating in the windows. And the day before that I went at lunchtime and after sitting out of the line waiting an extra 20 minutes for the steak (which was already expected) with 3 other people, they forgot to ACTUALLY put the steak down and blamed it on a new employee. After 3 days in a row I think the service here is worse than Popeyes being that Popeyes actually has food.

  This location was extremely busy on the first NFL Sunday of the season, and it honestly seemed like they were completely unprepared and understaffed for the rush. They were already running out of some of their main proteins, including steak, which is one of the most commonly ordered items. There was still a little steak left in the tray, but the employee simply told us they were “out” without explaining whether more was being cooked or how long the wait would be. This location seriously needs to hire more employees and staff appropriately for busy days. When employees are overwhelmed, customers end up getting poor service, short portions, long waits, and unnecessary attitude. I understand being busy and stressed, but that shouldn’t be taken out on customers who are simply asking questions about their order. Better staffing and better management would probably make a huge difference at this location because the customer service right now is extremely disappointing.

  We come to this Chipotle pretty often, so this experience was especially disappointing. My son initially went inside to order, but the service was so frustrating that he ended up walking out. I tried to be reasonable and went back inside myself, even after seriously considering just driving the extra 17 minutes to the Royse City location instead. Unfortunately, I quickly understood why he was so frustrated. There was a newer employee helping me who was extremely rude and acted bothered anytime I asked a question. At one point, instead of answering me or even acknowledging what I was asking, she rolled her eyes and slid/threw my bowl over toward the manager without saying anything. The manager was rude as well and did nothing to improve the situation. On top of that, they were being extremely stingy with the portions. I asked for half and half meat, and it felt like they were trying to give me half of a normal portion altogether instead of a reasonable amount of each. For the price of Chipotle, customers should not have to argue or feel like they’re begging just to get a fair portion. We’ve been regular customers at this location, which is why this was so disappointing. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the attitude from both the employee and the manager made the entire experience unacceptable.
