  Wish we could give 0. Horrible place. We order 2 meals and both suppose be double rice. Barely gave us single rice, Fajitas veggies was not cooked all the way, food was not fresh. My husband and I will never attend this place again. We from plano, it seems to be better there than here.

  Trash place asked for half chicken half steak and they gave me half and half but charged me for extra chicken and the employee said i thought you said extra lol then you should have gave me extra chicken never going back

  This location seriously needs to get it together. The lack of teamwork and management is obvious from the customer side. You’ll have one person trying to handle a long line while managers stand around instead of stepping in to help. Customers can literally see employees getting overwhelmed with little to no support. On top of that, you’re constantly out of basic menu items. You come in expecting to order something that’s literally on the menu, only to be told it’s unavailable. At some point, that’s not a coincidence it’s poor management and preparation. The service is inconsistent, the restaurant feels disorganized, and customers are left waiting while the staff is clearly struggling to keep up. Busy restaurants happen, but watching management fail to support their own team is unacceptable. Management needs to step up, keep the store stocked, help their employees, and actually create a teamwork environment. Customers notice everything. Please do better.

  It’s 8pm on a Thursday and yall close at 11pm. There’s no steak made or being cooked and no cook cooking. No carnitas either. 16 people in line one crew member attempting to make food and one on to go. The “manager” is walking around like a sloth and not doing anything and 2 other crew members are sitting down eating as slow as possible. The management of this location is terrible and this has happened multiple times so I definitely won’t be back here.

  I’ve been here a lot as I work in the area and love chipotle. This is easily the worst managed one I’ve been to and I’ve been to locations all over. There is a lot of turnover. They once let a Teenager serve food in the line with his pants below his underwear so everyone was getting their food served by the red hearts underwear guy. They are really slow, don’t keep items stocked, and are never consistent. Only getting 3 stars as it’s still chipotle and the food is great.
