  Ordered online for 7 people. Online order didn't go through due to the storms. Called and spoke directly with the manager on duty, CiCi. Was able to get our $73 order prepared hot and fresh when we showed up. CiCis great attitude and helpful demeanor saved our evening.

  Placed the order ahead of time and ended up in the drive through for almost 30 minutes. The guy working the window had only been working there for 3 days. He was very confused as he was trying to pack my order and a Doordash order. I was handed the Doordash order and immediately rejected it because I watched him pack the other bag with my items. It ended up involving multiple people and I left with poor service. The au jus was made in a rush and entirely too thick. The fries were half of the container and my mozzarella sticks were cold by the time I received them. To top it off, the guy had an attitude when I thanked him and all he could say was "Yeah" before closing the window on me.

  OK so I just moved to Greenville from Commerce today and omg everything was going wrong my uhaul died and we had made and order online not knowing Arby's computers had gone down in the storm I called and CC answered and my hubby asked her if there was anything she could do since we had made the online order and were trying to feed an exhausted family of 6 and since I had proof of purchase online she made my full order fresh and perfect even when my kiddos ordered their sandwiches with a billion modifications it was on point so long as miss Cc (carolyn) and miss Yoseline are there ill be coming back for sure. These young ladies had such amazing attitudes Cc made me feel at home and she was on the ball taking care of business while Yoseline was prompt with the cups for my order and kept a smile on the whole time Im gonna be back plenty and yes it will be for this night crew! They legit made my whole messed up moving day 10x better! Much love to my new favorite Arby's crew -Rhirhi

  Second time I have specifically asked for no sauce on my food and instead they put EXTRA sauce, so I drive 15 miles to get dinner, 15 miles to get home, spend 30 bucks, still don't have dinner, don't go to this one ever.
