  I love 7brew service here is fast but this is not the first time I haven’t been receiving my points when the first thing I clearly do is give them my phone number I happened to check my points were still 900 I was like let me check my history and sure enough sept 30 was the last time but I also went on Oct 2nd and didn’t get my points!! And not to mention I normal stick with the same drink but taste different every time!!

  First time going to 7brew today! Staff is great and helpful! I was the second car in line! I was on & out quickly. Great first experience

  This place was all hype and no substance. The server was rude and couldn't be bothered to be helpful or even have an expression on her face. Just a "You been helped yet?" with no eye contact. We'd never been here before and said so, but she couldn't explain anything or even tell us that they have no posted menu? Just asked us with the most disinterested attitude possible what we wanted and sat there like we were wasting her time by trying to find out what they had available. *There was only one car behind us in the other lane* Then she acted shocked in the most sarcastic way possible that we wouldn't want ice and told us they charge an extra dollar to fill the cup. Basically her attitude will be my main reason to never go back, Dutch Brothers is far superior in service, selection, and flavor. Our Chai Lattes were hardly identifiable as actually having any Chai flavor as well as a nasty aftertaste. Highly disappointing and not worth the lines they usually have. Complete waste of time and money. I can be treated like a bother at Starbucks and still get an adequate drink.

  $5 for a regular medium coffee with McDonald’s coffee levels of caffeine…. They make Starbucks look like the cheap store. Way way way overpriced.

  They did amazing on this terrible holiday 💁🏽‍♀️ everybody was super friendly and they were fast and efficient. The line was wrapped all around the mall parking lot very confusing but I only waited around 40 mins, they got thru pretty fast. I feel terrible they had to deal with rude entitled ADULTS but here’s your world for you today in the big 26, a lot of big grown babies!🤦🏽‍♀️ They will have the karma they deserve you guys keep up the good work I love it 🫶🏾
