I really wanted to like 7Brew and was excited to have another coffee place. I even signed up for rewards months before the location open. So far since the first visit it's been disappointing. I wanted the white mac cold brew and despite it still being on the website, the girl said she had no idea what I was talking about and then she said it was no longer available. No biggie I asked instead for the vanilla cold brew with cold foam and white chocolate. It was so disgusting and tasted like banana. Same thing with the previous visit the coffee was okay but you don't taste anything. The white mac cold brew was my favorite and was the whole reason we went out of our way for coffee. I went back on to the website and downloaded the menu to keep a reference for the next visit. And of course the white mac was a flavor available. Not happy at all

Absolutely love 7 Brew. We are from the PNW where the coffee culture is massive. Moving to the south has been a culture shock to say the least with coffee definitely not being like breathing air. Lol. I was happy to find Dutch Bros as it was the most versatile I could find but definitely not the best quality. Then I found 7 brew and oh my goodness. Flavor, price, options, good vibes. All the boxes checked. For being a new location y'all are getting your rhythm so fast and doing such an amazing job! Y'all are the highlight to my morning routine! ☕️ 🖤

Stopped by the newly opened 7 Brew Coffee and had such a great experience! The customer service was absolutely amazing — every employee was friendly, upbeat, patient, and working incredibly hard. You can tell they truly care about making customers feel welcome, even while handling a busy rush. My drink was delicious, made quickly, and the energy there was so positive.
To the people leaving negative reviews, please remember these are mostly young employees learning a brand new job in a very fast-paced environment. A new business opening is always going to have a learning curve, and these kids are doing their best while staying kind and professional under pressure. A little patience and grace goes a long way.
I’ll definitely be back and I’m excited to support this new location! ☕️👏

There was no line when we went so we pulled up to the worker to place our order. The employee asked for our number for rewards and I told her we’ve never been here and with annoyance said well you can just give me your number. I was thrown off because we didn’t know what to order because luckily for us there was no line. Anyways we get to the front to get our drinks and the other employee didn’t even acknowledge us at all. Literally handed us straws with her back to us. She didn’t even realize we were still parked behind her that she finally turned around in shock that we were still waiting on our free koozie that they were giving away for Mother’s Day. I know that this is a new location but these young adult kids need to be taught on professionalism and customer service. I get it’s busy but a smile and thank you or have a good day is all it takes to make a business successful. I’ll try going back in a few months once the bad employees are weeded out.
First time trying out 7 brew here in Greenville. Unfortunately it was a disappointment and won’t be coming back. I ordered a strawberry matcha an was not given that. Idk what it is, but at first sip it tasted like watered down strawberry milkshake. Keep in mind I have been drinking matcha for years and this was not it. I understand it’s a new location and they definitely need improvement in their coordination with in their employees but when I pulled up next to get my drink, the lady said if my drink was a white chocolate strawberry Matcha and I had said no then she asked me what I had ordered; I had ordered a cold strawberry Matcha 16oz and she was telling her coworkers that my order was not in the computer even though I paid for it so they kept bringing drinks out, & asking me if this was mine and then one of the girls in the kitchen area asked what I had ordered so they were barely making my drink and then they bring it out and the lady out in the drive through asked me if this was my drink and I’m like well I don’t know what it’s I mean it’s my first time here and I’m like well. It doesn’t look like Matcha, does it have Matcha and she’s like yes, which I’m sure she’s assuming because she didn’t make my drink so I just went ahead and took my drink because the line was already long so there was a wait. VERY disappointed, they have way to many employees but definitely more improvement in their staff and they need to know their drinks and HOW TO MAKE THEM. They need to be very careful what they give to the customer because of allergy reactions. So I was not able to drink my drink because it’s not what I had ordered.
