Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- GMGUITAR MANJun 30, 20261.0I came for lunch at 11:09 Tthey had me pull up to the VIP spot and then I waited 25 minutes, I watched 6 Cars Dr. off before I finally went inside. Ask the lady behind the counter after showing her my receipt where my order was she turned around and said I have an order for Billy. She grabbed a bag and handed it to me as if everyone forgot, the bag was sitting there I’m not sure. I will not be going here again because this is not the first time I’ve had to wait forever.

Next day ordered breakfast. Ordered bacon egg and cheese biscuit and recieved a sausage bob. I will not be going back while on my trip.

Both times I got: One taquito, bacon, egg, no cheese. Once the potato was on it and once it wasn't. Simple order. Very sloppy level of service. Fool me twice, shame on me. Won't be back.
