  Decent food, a lot of hype about the restaurant, so maybe my expectations were to high. Ordered a cheese steak sandwich, had to search to find any cheese. Plus was quite lite on the meat. Decent flavor, just didn't live up to the hype.

  Nice German deli with beer available on tap. Place has light colored wooden furniture. They also stock a lot of German/Dutch treats and wines. In the back they have some baked treats and cakes. The service is great and it's overall an entertaining place.

  Let me just start out by saying that we’d never been here before… the food was good, but their customer service skills need a lot of work. We weren’t even greeted when we entered, no one else was in line…There were a few patrons already seated. So we stood there looking at the menu…We were rudely asked if we were there to order, like what kind of question is that?? You just saw us walk in…We were at the register where normally you would take an order they said “you gotta order over there!” Which was very impolite… we didn’t see any clear signage anywhere that said to order here .. so basically they made us step 3 feet to the side to take our order just to step right back to the register to pay. My sister ordered her sandwich to go, I didn’t order anything because I was irritated at that point. The menu is overwhelming because it’s so large, which normally is great to have a variety to choose from but their ability to speak to customers ruined my appetite. At any other restaurant we should’ve been greeted when we walked in and with the lack of other customers in line, they could’ve spent a little bit of time with us to ask us what we were interested in or what sounded good to us,Or even offered a suggestions on what is really popular there. So please ask your employees to have a better attitude. Their actions reflect your company, I hope they don’t speak to everyone that way. Plus they said our order number and walked away so we weren’t told to have a good day or anything.If I could give negative stars, I would.

  One of the best places for sandwiches for miles around. Too many favorites to name. Only complaint is that you will ALWAYS have pickle juice on everything.... Unless you remember to say not to put a pickle spear in the bag. Under construction now for their expansion. Looking forward to it!

  This is the best deli we have ever been to!!!! Every sandwich that we have tried has been absolutely delicious. Our personal favorites are the Dagwood and the Santora. We have tried the muffuletta. It also is delicious and it is huge, enough to feed four people. The sandwich menu is extensive. We definitely have not tried them all but there is time! We have tried all the sides. The baked potato salad, cole slaw and the German potato salad are personal favorites. I know that they have desserts, but to be honest, we have never had any room left after eating our subs to even try one. We have been coming here for many years, and don’t plan to stop anytime soon. The only way to make this deli better is to open one closer to Mansfield!
