  Whoever is the voice on the box is bad at customer service,picked up the order we asked “do you have Apple Pay” he immediately said “no” and buzzed out and went to the next car as if we don’t have other ways to pay, then when he gets back on mic he rushes through order, and as asking for sauce he buzzes off to the next order again! So I left without getting sauce , wich wouldn’t be that big of a deal if he didn’t give such a lack of customer service at beginning of the visit, understand pressure and stress on busy days but costumer service should be top priority in the service industry. Our screen said on the way and then some time Passed and I realized something not right so I rolled down the window, luckily Brooklyn was there and ran to get the food out right away apologized and was kind! We didn’t complain or give her a sob story she was just attentive and cared. Honestly tho apart from that least favorite experience at sonic.

  Always understaffed. Constantly see only a couple people manning the whole operation. I'll order ahead and then feel bad when I get there cause they're running around trying to keep up.

  Either fix your broken equipment, or post a proper sign! This piece of paper with faded marker is not sufficient since I can’t even read what it says. Furthermore, the button works since it says that it’s been activated after I press it…sooooooo, it sounds like they just don’t want to do the drive-thru and just force people to pull into a stall instead.
