  I could eat at saltgrass several times a week if I could afford it. The food is very good. It's kind of pricey but not as high as some places around Grapevine. I have had several things on the menu such as the bbq ribs which fall off the bone, the filet mignon, baked potatoes, Mac and cheese, etc. I didn't much care for the potato or the Mac and cheese but the ribs and steak were excellent. I going the chocolate cake to rich for me but if you like rich then it's good. The staff is always friendly and the manager always comes and says hello. It's clean and I like the atmosphere which is peaceful.

  We have the choice of three locations but we usually gravitate to the Grapevine Saltgrass Steakhouse restaurant, finding that the food and service are the best. We got there too late for prime rib so we decided to split the ribeye (to save calories lol). It was cooked perfectly per our request for rare plus. The highlight of our meal, however, was our waiter, Paul. He gave us heaping salads and brought each of us our own "everything on the side" toppings for each of our half baked potatoes! Paul was very personable and shared some of his work interests. It was clear that he has strong ambitions. The manager, Braxton, was very friendly and made us feel most welcome as Landry's Select Club members. We recommend this membership for significant savings at all the restaurants under the Landry's umbrella. We will visit the Grapevine Saltgrass Steakhouse again soon.

  This is our 2nd time at this location and we have found our new spot for fresh food and excellent service. We ordered: Brisket Nachos, Fries Mushrooms, chicken/shrimp with smokey mac n cheese, Grilled chicken, Baked Sweet Potato and 2 sides of sauteed mushrooms and onions. On our previous visit, we had the steak (yum). Braxton, the manager stopped by and introduced himself which you don't see often now-a-days. He stopped by to check on us more than once. This was nice. Our server Chandler was EXTREMELY helpful with the menu and making sure we were all good. Both were very professional! What stood out the most is that when we asked for our food to-go, he prepared our to-go plates 86N FRONT OF US. Cool points added. I hate it when restaurants walk away to the back kitchen with your food. That shows an exceptional level of professionalism and touch. Thanks for making our 2nd trip back here so wonderful and we will stop by again.

  Saltgrass Grapevine is our go-to spot when we want great food, service and a Texas steakhouse atmosphere! Went last night: Our server Jordan was very welcoming and attentive. Even though she was very busy, she made sure we had a great experience and didn’t want for anything. Very impressed by and appreciated her excellent customer service. Manager Missy was also very welcoming and made sure our dining experience was awesome. Very impressed by how she not only checked on customers but also assisted waitstaff with whatever help was needed. Appreciated another manager checking on us as well. Service here is outstanding! The food: if you want consistently, absolutely delicious baby-back ribs with incredibly tender fall-off-the-bone meat, this is the place! The steaks, appetizers, sides, salads and desserts are wonderful too. Only quibble: a family member wasn’t a fan of the 16 oz prime rib, said it was dry and tough. She usually orders the ribeye (which she loves) but wanted to try something different. Aside from that, everything else we ordered was great. Highly recommend Saltgrass Grapevine!

  Met a friend for dinner, he wanted Salt Grass, so here we are. Ordered 2 fillets and a prime rib. All steaks wee cooked exactly like we wanted. Perfect seasoning and flavors. The prime rib was excellent with the horseradish, I loved it had a little kick to it. Sides were just as good, backed sweet potato with butter was soft and silky, easy to eat and just enough butter it wasn’t swimming in it. Mashed potatoes were good, I liked it added to a bite of the prime rib and the sauces, good combo bite. Salads were good, it’s a salad. Blue cheese dressing was decent, not super chunky, but was good. They also have gluten free bread, as one of us is gluten free. It looked like a hamburger bun, but it tasted really good, which for gluten free bread, can be hit or miss. It was not dense like other places we’ve had GF bread. Fried shrooms were good, a little hot on the first bite, be warned! :) Our server was on top of things, made sure we had plenty of drinks in our glasses, and if the food was cooked well over needed anything else. Great overall experience, and it was crowded, dinner before Mother’s Day.
