  We visited Rainforest Cafe on Mother’s Day with my mom and young son, and it was the first visit for all three of us. We had such a great experience! The environment and decor were so fun and entertaining, especially for my son, and the whole atmosphere made it feel like a special outing. What really stood out most was the excellent service from our waiter, Bowen. Even though it was very busy (definitely recommend making a reservation like we did), Bowen checked on us numerous times and was incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient. He answered all of our many questions about the menu and took the time to make thoughtful recommendations when we asked. Bowen truly helped make the experience enjoyable and stress-free!

  I hadn't been to Rainforest Cafe in almost 30 years, but I have such fond memories of going there as a child. When we happened to be close to this location traveling with our older daughter, we thought we'd give it a shot. I was so pleasantly surprised! The experience was just as immersive as I remember and my daughter loved it! Our server was Bowen and he took excellent care of us. He was very friendly and attentive. The food is a little pricey, but everything we got was delicious. Fun experience overall! Will definitely return to bring our younger daughter as well!

  My mom and I came here to get a drink and take a break while shopping in the mall and we got Justin to be our bartender. He was so quick and very attentive to everyone in the area. It was a busy Friday night and he was working with speed. He was nice to everyone and balanced the bar crowd as well as a section in the restaurant. He is so fast with making drinks and he communicated very well with the customers saying it was busy but he wasn’t forgetting about them and he would be there as soon as possible. Props to Justin he killed it!! We are happy to see Justin here working at the bar because we know it will be a great experience!

  The food is very overpriced. Appetizers were the prices of meals. Not very flavorful. My meal was warm. The server said - “be careful it’s hot!” No ma’am, it was slightly warm as if was hot 20 minutes ago. The place is very dim, dark. Maybe it’s kept that way to avoid seeing the dust from the fake greenery?? I don’t know, but I saw a person almost trip over a chair because it was too dark. Just not worth it to me. The servers were okay. What I didn’t like is we were a group of 8 and they told us they went ahead and added gratuity of 18%. That did not sit well with me. I should be able to decide how much I am going to tip. What if I wanted to pay cash? The receipt was stamped with: suggested tip 18%. . Thank you for the SUGGESTION but I will decide what the tip will be. From what I saw the place definitely needed updating. I completely understand you’re paying for ambiance. But there is no wow factor here. The robot animals move every 30 minutes and you can hear the crickety sounds of them moving. The thunderstorm and a little flashing lights, not justifiable for the price. I’m sad to say, this place may at one point have been great, but not today. Not in 2026.

  Picture is of our untouched drink. (Yes, that is how it was given to us, we did not drink it) I don't leave reviews, or complain. But today I went for the first time to celebrate my birthday. My server Vyktoria was AWFUL. The straw on our novelty frog cup didn't work, that's fine, no big deal. The drink was only filled halfway, which seems crazy, but I get it, it's dark, maybe the server couldn't see. We asked for another one, normally I wouldn't, but it's my birthday and I wanted something that worked. It took 30 minutes. We went in around 11, it was not busy, there were only two other tables with guests. Finally, she brings a new cup with completely melted syrupy slushy. It was the half filled slush, just put in another cup after 30 minutes of waiting. My wife and I started laughing because we couldn't believe it. We didn't see our server again for a long time. Eventually I asked a different server if he could get the manager. That other server was GREAT. He got us to go boxes, checked in on us when after ten minutes the manager STILL didn't show up. The manager was also no help. Interrupted my wife as soon as she tried to say what was wrong and then turned to walk away immediately by just saying he would take the cup off the bill but that we could keep it. We left the cup. It's not about a stupid cup. Vyktoria was downright awful, and as a fellow former server I just can't believe her AUDACITY! Always wanted to go here, loved the theme, but I'm never going back. I regret not just getting up and leaving.
