I’ve been coming to Rainforest Cafe in Grapevine since I was a kid, and it has always been one of my favorite places to visit with my family. Some of my best childhood memories were made here, and it’s been so special to continue that tradition now with my wife and our child. Every visit brings back a sense of nostalgia while creating new memories together.
The atmosphere is unlike anywhere else—it’s fun, immersive, and exciting for both kids and adults. The rainforest scenery, animals, and thunderstorms make every visit feel like an adventure. On top of that, the food has always been consistently good, and the staff has always made us feel welcome.
I also want to give a special shoutout to Justin and Ozzy. Their kindness, enthusiasm, and great customer service have made our experiences even more memorable. They go above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and add to the excitement that makes Rainforest Cafe such a unique place.
It’s rare to find a place that stays enjoyable through every stage of life. Rainforest Cafe has become a family tradition for us, and we’re grateful for the memories we’ve made here and the ones still to come. We look forward to many more visits for years to come. Highly recommend!

We had such an amazing experience at Rainforest Cafe! The food was delicious, the ambiance was absolutely incredible, and the rainforest theme made our visit so fun and memorable—especially as we celebrated our little one's 2nd birthday. It truly feels like you're dining in the middle of a jungle!
A huge thank you to our server, Yoli, for her exceptional service. She was so kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our meal. She also went out of her way to take beautiful family photos for us, which made our celebration even more special. We truly appreciate her thoughtfulness and genuine hospitality.
Great food, outstanding service, and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back! ❤️🌿🦜

My wife wanted to come here for their birthday - I wasn't sure, I thought it was a gimmick restaurant, but we had an exceptional time. It's nice to be surrounded by green, and I was very surprised by how closed off and private it felt from the rest of the mall. Food was exceptional.
Wait staff were just as attentive as they needed to be - distant enough to have our date, but always at hand when we needed something. Brooke did a great job helping us around the menu and making the night feel special. Rainforest Cafe may be a new tradition, next that we're in the neighborhood.

This was my first time eating at Rainforest Cafe, and it definitely lived up to the hype. My girlfriend and I had a great experience from the moment we sat down. Our waiter, Logan, was super friendly and gave us some great recommendations since it was our first visit. Everything he suggested was delicious, and the food honestly exceeded our expectations.
At the end of our meal, the staff surprised my girlfriend with a birthday dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the night even more special. Logan’s service was excellent the whole time, and he really helped make our first visit memorable.
We’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks again, Logan!
I thought I was going out to dinner.
Instead, I was transported to the very heart of the rainforest. The moment I crossed the threshold, civilization disappeared. Suddenly I was deep in an untamed jungle where ancient mysteries lurked around every corner. Somewhere in the distance thunder rolled, exotic birds called to one another, and I’m fairly certain I was visited by a council of chimpanzee wizards who quietly approved my presence before using their mystical jungle powers to send me on an adventure of sound and sight.
Every few minutes the rainforest came alive.
The sky above us darkened into a beautiful canopy of stars as if night itself had arrived just for dinner. We dined beside a wonderful family of elephants who seemed perfectly content to let us share their neighborhood, while a nearby river shimmered with colorful fish who swam over to say hello. I nodded respectfully. They nodded back. We understood each other.
Our server, Dylan, deserves special recognition.
Calling Dylan a server feels inaccurate. He was more of a seasoned jungle guide who had successfully led countless explorers through the dangerous wilderness of appetizers, entrées, and dessert. He checked on us often, made sure every need was met, and expertly navigated us through the evening without once letting us become lost in the dense undergrowth of menu options.
Now, I do have one minor complaint.
Apparently they frown upon wrestling the crocodile near the front entrance. In my defense… he had a very smug grin. Was he animatronic? Yes. Did he look like he was challenging me personally? Also yes. Management politely but firmly encouraged me to admire him from a distance. Looking back, they were probably right.
The food?
It was okay.
Not bad at all. Perfectly enjoyable.
But let’s be honest… that’s almost beside the point.
You don’t come here just for a meal. You come because you want to spend an evening in a magical rainforest where elephant neighbors mind their own business, enchanted chimpanzee wizards are apparently running the ecosystem, fish greet you like old friends, and your waiter doubles as an expert expedition leader.
10/10 experience.
Would absolutely return…
The crocodile and I still have unfinished business.
