No matter who they put at the to-go counter, they just stand there on their phone and let the food get cold. I've been to this location about 40 times and for more than half of them, my food was ready 10 at least minutes before they put it out. The other half of the times, I knew better and after watching them ignore it for a few minutes, said "Hey, what's the name on that order back there?" Usually they have to check which several bags because multiple have piled up and they haven't even looked at them. If that's not enough, they are constantly missing items from your order. You ordered cheese fries? Sorry, just regular fries today, and by the way they're cold and soggy because they've been sitting on the counter for 20 minutes. Side of gravy? You get a side of nothing. I'd rather drive to another one than keep dealing with this.
