  Our server Amaan was world-class from the moment we walked in. He was friendly, courteous, and extremely proficient. He always kept the table bussed, brought our food timely, and refreshed our drinks. Beyond that he took care of us when our son had an accident and was immediately right there at our side, serving us and helping us through the unforeseen circumstances. He brought towels and extra things to help us through our messy situation overall. I highly recommend you all come and visit him and ask for him to serve you. He will go above and beyond. He needs a raise. By the way the food is incredible

  Came in from out of town and our Waiter Michael was amazing to say the least!! Literally the best service I’ve had in a long time!! Very rare to have such an attentive, efficient, and very knowledgeable about the different dishes waiter. He made us feel welcomed like family. The food was outstanding as well. Overall 10/10 experience and I recommend Michael being your waiter you won’t be disappointed

  I had such a great experience at Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen thanks to our waiter, Caiden. From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. He knew the menu inside and out, gave excellent recommendations, and made sure our drinks and food were always perfect and on time. What really stood out was his attitude — even when the restaurant got busy, Caiden stayed positive, patient, and made us feel like top priority guests. He went above and beyond to make the experience memorable, and it honestly turned an ordinary dinner into one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. If you visit Pappadeaux, definitely ask for Caiden. Outstanding service, amazing energy, and true hospitality. He deserves recognition for how well he treats his customers. 10/10 experience!

  We dined here tonight for my husband’s birthday and it was the best experience! Ian was the best server I’ve had in a long time!! He was super attentive, very knowledgeable and my husband was super grateful he didn’t get a happy birthday song, but did get a free dessert! The drinks were so good, highly recommend the Garden of Eden! I had the gumbo and grilled chicken and it was so tender and juicy! My husband had the Grouper and it was phenomenal! The server got our daughter’s order out in and brought out in no time and we always appreciate that as parents! All around a great birthday celebration and we can’t wait to come back!

  Our server, Hudson, was great. Calamari appetizer and garlic bread were delicious. HOWEVER. 2 out of 3 entrees were served cold and overcooked. Manager, Mandy. finally came to the table over 10 minutes after our server took the plates back to the kitchen and offered a very half-hearted apology and stated that our food should be out "quickly". Finally received our meals after a 20 minute delay, during which our other party member had almost finished their meal. Fried seafood does not require a 20+ minute re-cook. Mandy never came back to check on the re-cook, and failed to offer any type of discount or even a sincere apology or appearance of concern. Less than impressed.
