  We went there on a Saturday at around 3pm and the dining room was closed with a sign posted to use the drive through. They were out of regular glazed donuguts and said they would have more after 5 pm. Asked for the specialty donuts and they only had 4 to 5 varieties available. Very disappointing...

  We came at an off time so doughnuts were not super fresh, but they were still tasty and the service was great! Can never go wrong with Krispy Kreme

  What happened to Krispy Kreme? I was so excited to have these donuts today because it's been a long time. When I got home they were not fresh, but had been sitting out. The most disappointing was it looked like they had put two mini donuts in the package of 12 regular size. It's hard to see in the picture, but you can see that there are two smaller donuts. I wasn't going to write this review, but it was kind of upsetting considering the donuts were $16.49 before tax. This company is not like they used to be in the past. I would skip this location and go elsewhere for better donuts.

  Table's were dirtyand the floors and I paid 25 dollars for 6 donuts with no drinks. I expect for those dollars it would be in tip top clean shape with a clean place to sit.

  The donuts here are genuinely great, and that’s what keeps people coming back. However, the customer service experience doesn’t match the quality of the product. Many of the staff members seem very young (which is perfectly okay!) and, unfortunately, appear to struggle with basic communication and comprehension. This often leads to confusion during simple interactions, which can be frustrating for customers. It’s not about expecting perfection, but there should be a baseline when it comes to interpersonal communication skills—things like listening carefully, understanding orders, and responding clearly. Right now, those fundamentals seem to be lacking, and it affects the overall experience more than it should. This feels like a training issue rather than an individual problem. With proper guidance and support from management, including market or district-level leadership, these employees could improve significantly. Investing time in training staff on basic communication, customer service, and workplace expectations would go a long way. There’s a lot of potential here because the product itself is strong. With better-trained staff and improved communication, this place could easily offer an excellent all-around experience instead of a mixed one.
