  This is nothing like other Jimmy John’s I have experienced, not in a good way. The music was super loud in the store so I could barely hear the person taking my order. It was unclear after I ordered how my sandwich would be given to me. The chips are placed right below the cash register so people are fumbling over each other to grab their chips. The sandwiches were not well-made like they are at other stores. As an airport, Jimmy John’s, you’d think the service would be some of the best for the franchise. It’s actually some of the worst.

  Food is below average Service is always a coin flip since they cant keep their staff consistent or trained properly. Its always a new show every time we go

  I was really excited to get JJ's because I had a long flight and I love their bread. The bread was NOT the normal JJ's bread. I'm not sure if it was stale or over-cooked, or both... but it was not good. The staff was friendly, so that's about the only positive that I can share about this location. Disappointing 😞
