I hope you enjoyed your time out of the store buying flowers for Mother’s Day while my child’s teacher didn’t get a gift card for Teacher’s Appreciation week that I rightfully paid for….due to a staff error and I was told to just wait a few days for a refund.

She did absolutely nothing but dismiss my concerns…and I paid (TWICE)…Her automatic response was to defend the employee and dismiss my very valid concerns. I was the victim today…you truly mishandled me as a paying customer.

The general manager also lacks effective customer service skills. She did absolutely NOTHING to resolve an issue that directly stemmed from an employee error. I was told to just wait for a refund in a few days and that people make mistakes....grace to the employee, but none towards me as a paying customer. She ruined my day.

I went to purchase a gift card and the employee rang up the gift card on an already used/loaded card behind their counter...then proceeded to refund me as if my money would instantly be returned to my card. The money wasn't returned as of yet and the GM was rude and said people make mistakes...and didn't acknowledge how it impacted our gift...Did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. I was charged twice
