    The staff is always nice, polite and quick with whatever is ordered. I never feel rushed and I love that they are way busier than Starbucks Nextdoor.

    Amazing service! Peyton helped us out when another Dutch bros location screwed up our order. No hesitation immediately helped us and assured she’d make it right and she did! Highly recommend this location!

    The woman outside taking orders was fantastic. She was friendly, welcoming, professional, and made the ordering process quick and easy. Unfortunately, everything went downhill once I got to the drive-thru window. The employee at the window handed me my first drink, and I said, “Thank you. Can I please get a stopper for this?” She said, “Yeah, sure.” Then she immediately handed me my second drink, told me to have a good day, and started moving on without ever giving me the stopper I had just asked for. That’s when I also realized she hadn’t even given me a straw for my second drink. It was obvious her attention wasn’t on the customer standing right in front of her. She was far more interested in carrying on conversations with her coworkers about concerts, tickets, and other personal topics than making sure my order was complete. If you’re working the drive-thru window, the customer should be your priority. Conversations with coworkers can wait until there isn’t someone at the window. Mistakes happen, but forgetting multiple basic items because you’re distracted by personal conversations comes across as sloppy and unprofessional. A simple, “Is everything correct with your order?” before sending someone on their way would have prevented the entire situation. The person taking orders outside deserves recognition for being so kind and professional. The employee working the window, however, needs to focus less on chatting with coworkers and more on providing attentive customer service. Safe to say I won’t stop by here anymore and this was my FIRST time.
