The absolute sweetheart that was working the orders at approx 1:30ish was the sweetest thing. We tried a strawberry horchata since they didn’t have matcha and my girlfriend didn't really like it, which of course was at NO fault of the young lady! We pulled around for her to try something else and I prepared to pay(as you do). The woman taking orders gave it to us at no cost and my gf actually ended up really liking it!! It’s been a month since we’ve been in and I am still thinking about that little act of kindness. I was so taken off guard that I did not get to show her my appreciation, so I hope she gets recognized for this at the least! She’s the reason I continue to get coffee at Dutch bros :)

My sister in law said it was THEE best coffee she's ever had. There were two ladies in there i think her name was Zomo and Dimmy? Heck I forgot but by no means were they forgettable. So bubbly and vibrant. Even though I live about an hour from this one, DB Coffee Grapevine will be my go to because of them!

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
