    It worked for coffee in a minute. The employees were friendly and helpful. That said, they said they didn't do iced coffee and we would need to choose a drink from lattes, breves, americanos. That was a by frustrating, but the drink tasted fine.

    Not happy and friendly location, my family and I waited online to order and she let other go before we did and they arrived after we did. My husband ordered a unicorn blood and gave him a dinosaur egg. When my husband told him it was wrong they argued with him and the reason we know is my daughter worked at a Dutch bros before. I ordered a strawberry lemonade with strawberry bobba. I recieved it with no bobba. They didn't apologize and gave us attitude about it. Not good service. If it had been our first time going we would definitely not have been going back.

    I live behind this place. Come here often. Im Getting tired of these long lines, slow service. Not sure if its management fault for lack of hire or companies fault for expanding the menu, but when i see a line of more than 4 cars i dont bother. Tired of waiting everytime for 8-10 minuites i come here.

    I don’t leave reviews nor try to act like a “Karen” to service workers my good lord this probably has to be the worst location I’ve ever been to. Multiple times I’ve come here they have messed up my drink. Not once not twice, multiple times. Forgets the boba, doesn’t make the rebel iced.. or makes it using the sugared rebels. It’s only this location by the way. Spent $17 today for 2 drinks. First drink wasn’t iced it was blended. Stated that twice when taking my order. They completely forgot to give us our second drink and had to remind them, got that one wrong by not putting the correct flavors in as well. Spent extra time out of my day to correct someone else’s mistakes. Someone needs to train these workers to listen and how to make the correct drinks. Rufe snow, north Richland hills clears this place.

    I wish I could give zero stars after my experience today. There has to be a better way to manage the two separate lines. After already waiting five minutes in line 1, 2 other cars pull up and get taken care of immediately for going into the second line while me and another car had already been waiting. Out of all the coffee shops in the area, your service is why people choose you. So today I chose to take my service to La La land. Then when I tell the employer that I don’t want anything, but it’s my turn to order because I got skipped, He couldn’t even tell the car that had already skipped me to wait so that I can get out of the line. The lady wouldn’t even make eye contact with me because she knew she was wrong. So I ended up having to wait even longer to get out of the line because the second car went in front of me. So 15 minutes of my time was was wasted. The service here is terrible. I sadly will not be going back.
