I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but no one answered or responded. I then went back to the restaurant with the receipt, expecting them to either replace the order or provide a refund. Unfortunately, the manager refused to offer a refund or replace the food, even though I had the receipt and the mistake was clearly from the restaurant. Very disappointing customer service and a poor way to handle a simple order mistake. I would expect a restaurant to take responsibility and make it right in a situation like this.

The male individual that was taking my order specifically asks, Do you want the meal? Which I stated, yes and I would like a LG sweet tea for my drink. The menu clearly states that all meals INCLUDE a side of hashbrowns and a coffee. When I received my order I immediately notice no hashbrowns and had to return in the line again. I told the attendant why I returned and I was asked to pull forward. When I pulled too the window again, another gentlemen asked me to show him my order sticker on my bag and stated that I was only charged for a drink and the burrito and that he could ring me up the hashbrowns. I informed him that I would not be paying for a mistake by his employee nor would I be paying for an inconvenience. I figured I would share this experience because why would I pay for each item separately to end up paying more for the same exact meal that I individual stated I wanted. Work on listening and inputting orders in the system accurately. And in the event of an error made by this establishment the least you can do is provide the item complementary. I literally had to be in a long long twice.
