  Horrible service, ask for loaded bacon fries they forget to put in then told me to look for in with my Sandwich because they sometimes put them with the Sandwich. It was there, had to go back to tell them my fries was missing. When they came me the loaded fries forget to put the ranch I order with my fries. When back a 3rd time to ask the cashier guy they also forget my ranch, he tell me that I have to pay for it . I told him you ask me if I wanted ranch, you didn't tell me it was extra but that doesn't matter because I saw my receipt which clearly show I pay the .99 cent for it. I show him the receipt after he saw it was pay for he then ask the cooks in Spanish to give me the ranch following by unnecessary comments in Spanish about me. Charleys please tell your employee that just because someone look African-American doesn't mean they are and doesn't mean they dont know Spanish. First and definitely last time eating at this Charleys hope it get shutdown.

  My wife good food for the kids and they gave this. Not even edible and top of that the leaves of being rude by till that would u like it raw. Seriously we paid for it. My kid did not even eat it. What a divulging place with mean people.

  I wish I can give minus. I got kids meal for my kid and they gave this you can see my kid did not even eat. When I told them they are way too over cooked the guy over they replied so rude and me by saying so do u want me to give you raw. I don’t expect excellent however atleast it should be edible and there was no need to be that rude.
