  Always a great experience! The people are super nice and their coffee tastes phenomenal. When we visit relatives in Minnesota, we make sure to stop by a Caribou Coffee. We are so excited that we have one here in Grapevine!

  I've had Caribou a good amount of times since its been opened and I've enjoyed it. Today, the lady working drive thru at 10 am on Thursday 5/14 had an attitude that unfortunately will lead to me not coming back. I had a couple questions about the menu items and she was audibly annoyed. When I pulled up to the drive thru window she was staring me down and handed me my coffee and food. The coffee had milk all over the cup and the sandwich was all scrambled in the bag with one wadded up napkin. I get it, you can have a bad day, but she was just rude. You don't have to be all happy go lucky but don't act like I'm an inconvenience.

  Coffee is usually OK at best. Today, however, it was awful. It tasted like hot water with a bit of milk, absolutely no coffee flavor. Won't be back.

  I order delivery from here semi-regularly. Hope to make it in person soon. Quality is always on point. Recently, my order got split up and arrived without the coffee. These things happen. Here, however, I received a call from the GM, Amber, which I unfortunately missed but the voicemail explained what happened and that it was being rectified and my coffee was on its way. The kindness and effort put forth by this staff is extremely refreshing and appreciated. Most places you go these days, the staff hates you for existing near them (hence why I mainly do delivery). The coffee arrived very shortly after the other item and was hot and delightful. I’m one of many customers they get and hold no importance above the others, but I felt like a VIP that day. Needless to say, I’ll be ordering again. Thank you to this awesome staff.

  The coffee - AMAZING, the staff - AMAZING! First time going here and it’s wonderful. The staff are so sweet and personable. This is my new favorite coffee place!
