  My partner and I dined in this place yesterday afternoon. Firstly, the lack of normal restaurant amenities like napkins, utensils and straws being where customers can easily access it is interesting, you almost have to go behind the cashier counter to get that stuff and they have a paper towel roll people have to rip from when their hands are already dirty. That was red flag number one, but we got our food and sat a table in the corner. The worst part of this entire experience that led me to this review is that at the end when we were about finished with the food and had not yet decided if we wanted to take it home, we went to the restroom to wash our hands, but because the women’s restroom was out of order, my partner held the men’s door open for me while I washed my hands, but we were not more than 5 feet away from our table of clearly unfinished food. When we came back 1 minute later, somehow someone managed to throw their banana peel and an empty snack container on top of our food. It was so barbaric it was humorous. Who does that? It wasn’t even busy at all so if anyone doubted that maybe we left and that was all trash, it’s simply impossible because my partner was visible from the hallway where the restroom was (clearly indicating we were still there). The girl at the counter was making weird faces when we told her about it, making me assume it was her. We still went ahead and grabbed the tray and threw it away despite feeling that was highly inappropriate and disrespectful, and yeah, we assume 99% it was an employee because the 1 customer there was eating his own food obviously and there were 2 people waiting for food by the door.

  Look, I love Wingstop, but the experience at the House of Wings location in Dallas was an absolute test of patience. Because when i have came on June 29th i was coming in with my personal water bottle because the drinks are 6 dollars and i was not finna pay but i was walking trough the line and they told me i can’t enter with it yet i saw another lady pass with a water bottle and when i went out to get my plastic water bottle they told me to throw it away so i will not be coming back to this place ever!!!.

  Useless location. Unorganized and pathetic. Waited over an hour for my order. Went in the store twice and they kept saying 10 more minutes. I saw my order on thr screen the first time I went in. The second time, they had removed it and my order still was not ready. I just requested a refund. WASTE OF TIME. This location needs 0 rating.

  Service was great and one of the workers Tony was overall a great help when my order was done wrong on my part. He quickly fixed it and was a cool guy overall.
