  Usually enjoy this location, however this experience really did it. For starters placed my order at 4:30 and didn’t get it until 5 something. Placed it for curbside waited forever went through drive through waited forever. Finally , I went inside and my food was with doordash orders. The guy in the front did not care whatsoever and to make matters worse my drink had soda all over it. I asked how long it was sitting there and he said “5 minutes” when it was clearly more. Food was freezing cold when I began to eat in the car and finally I arrive home and my cinnamon roll isn’t even in the bag. Pathetic

  Usually a good place... Unfortunately today my order was wrong and the biscuits that I ordered which were jalapeno did not come out jalapeno and the biscuits were way overcooked hard as a rock couldn't enjoy the sandwich this morning

  Pulled up to the drive through speaker and asked to hold on for a minute, the minute took 8 more cars to go through the other drive through speaker. My order was finally taken after backing up and pulling up to the speaker again. The first person sounded rude, however the second person was really nice. Need to teacher the drive through personal how to actually work in the drive through takimg orders.

  They always get my order wrong, and today I finally had enough to leave a review, I asked for a number 1 just the burger not the combo with everything on it and they gave it to me plain but with only onions? How does that make sense and how do you only remember to put onions?

  I’ve came here since it opened and it’s mid. Fries never taste the same and they always mess up my order. When I visit I expect for them to mess up my meal and they do and I always have to get it remade or ordered. I mainly go when I crave Whataburger but it’s never like “mmhmm this is what I came here for!” After the interaction I had here today, I’m not coming back to a place that’s always making mistakes- with this interaction being the cherry on top of why I’d rather go to the one on Carrier. I order my regular in drive thru (#7 that’s upgraded to a large for the fries and drink). And I remember hearing the total being less than the usual cost but unfortunately I pulled up before I could correct her at the window, but this is a normal occurrence so I wasn’t worried they would fix my order. I pull up to the window and she starts handing me my food (I think the person in front of me paid for me). I tell her that I asked for a large and if I could pay the difference and she said they couldn’t do that. Specifically said we can’t upgrade that meal which I knew wasn’t true but was grateful for the free meal so I left. I shortly came back because I wanted what I ordered and went to the dining area. The young girl who told me I couldn't upgrade at the drive thru was at the counter and I spoke with her asking if I could get this remade because I knew I was able to upgrade this meal- despite what she told me. Then when another coworker came by, she reiterated that I would have to pay for an upgrade and that I should have asked at the window. The thing is I did…she didn’t hear me and then didn’t let me fix the mistake at the window. Also she kept saying that “because I didn’t pay for it” I can’t get this fixed which made no sense to me…I kept saying I was willing to pay for it but that’s just not what happened. Not on me. Eventually another worker comes and says they will not remake the meal or comply with what I asked which I think is a valid ask. Then they said I had to pay for a large fry and drink if I wanted what I wanted -not caring for the inconvenience they made. Then I wait an additional idk how long but I was there for an hour total including drive thru…and I never received my fries or drink because I requested a refund after waiting an hour. I couldn’t believe what I was experiencing. I always have issues but they’re willing to admit mistake and fix it…what I went through was crazy. Didn’t help that I didn’t get a lunch break so I was…tired having to deal with these employees that have no customer service skills.
