  Watered down drinks ($3 Each) Hamburger MID ($10) The Pallidia 3/5 more vergys then the actual meat ($37) In total around $100 spent honestly if youre looking for a budget friendly place i wouldnt recommend going here but if u are looking to spend some money and go with family go do it IG.

  The food was okay, but the hours of operation makes it convenient to return. I only stopped coming here because the service I got 1 night was very crappy. I submitted an order for some fries but didn't see a price until I submitted my order and they rung me up, the order for the fries only was $8, and the rest of my order was appropriate. I hadn't paid yet and we're talking about maybe a 15 second difference I asked the server to change the order to a small and they wouldn't do it because they were sticking to an all purchases are final policy (which I didn't see, they had to point it out to me) at this store. Now mind you, the kitchen ticket had just been printed but there wasn't anyone in the kitchen to take it, at that time to even start the order and it literally just printed as I was asking him to reduce my order. So instead of the manager reducing a french fry order for me he'd rather lose the full order, which I thought was ridiculous. I'd learned a long time ago that companies that have this ALL SALES ARE FINAL POLICIES, even if they make the mistake is dirty businesses. So I asked and explain this 2 times with the manager right there and I was told no so I walked out and went somewhere else. I've worked in restaurants amd managed in all types of restaurants for years and have never seen such a rule. So I'll their food but I'll never go back.

  Food is great but the customer service is terrible. I don't know why but you can't get the salsa you need. I ordered breakfast for my office and they wouldn't give me what I needed. They charged over $3 for extra cilantro. They are not customer friendly at all. I really like the food but I won't be back due to the service.

  I stop in this place some mornings for coffee. This morning I walked in and the staff was on the phone casually laughing and talking for 4 minutes. And, got off of the phone never apologized or nothing. Just business as usual. Never gave me my total just put the machine up so I could swipe. I needed coffee this morning otherwise; I would have left, but I won't go back period.

  I wanted to share my experience honestly. I used to live next to the Arlington location and loved it and thought they had good service. But, this newer location didn’t meet the same expectations. I placed an online order and normally I don’t mind when my order is a little wrong but when I order something that cost extra and it doesn’t come with the order, that is rather disappointing. I asked for cheese on my tacos but did not receive the cheese. But, that is not only the reason why I am writing this review. The lady at the cash register did not seem very welcoming :(. I asked for extra limes because I love limes but she kept saying “there’s some in the bag”. Can I not ask for extra limes? I thought that was a little unnecessary since I do not mind paying for extra. The food itself was good however and I would love to come back. I hope this feedback helps the workers reflect and improve on their work skills and mannerisms.
