It was my first time visiting, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed.
The restaurant itself is beautiful inside, but it felt like it was at least 90 degrees indoors. In fact, it was noticeably cooler and fresher outside than it was inside the restaurant. The wait for our food was also much longer than expected, and it was so hot that we had already finished about half of our drinks before our food even arrived.
As for the food, it lacked seasoning and wasn’t served hot. We ordered tacos, and the tortillas were nearly cold. The quesabirria tacos and consommé were bland and excessively oily. Even the rice and beans, which are usually simple staples, had very little flavor.
The toppings bar had a good variety of ingredients, but many appeared old or past their prime. The cilantro was turning black, the onions were mushy and flavorless, and the salsas had very little heat.
Another thing to be aware of is that the restaurant charges different prices depending on your payment method. The advertised price applies to cash payments, while paying with a credit or debit card increases the total by roughly 3–4%.
Overall, the atmosphere was nice and the restaurant looked great, but the food quality, long wait time, poor temperature control, and lack of flavor made for a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I don’t see myself returning.

This place used to be great before it got bought out. Today we waited over 20 min for elotes that tasted like stale tap water and cost $18, and they’ve completely done away with the condiments bar, so you only get a small packet of Valentina, some watered down chili paste, and a couple of dry lime wedges.
So disappointed in the last few visits and won’t be back. All of the cutting corners really caught up to them.

We stopped by Tacos El 24 in Grand Prairie, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.
The biggest issue was that most of the food was served cold. The only items that arrived hot were the rice and refried beans. We were also charged a $3 card processing fee, plus an additional $0.22 fee per $2 taco on Taco Tuesday, and no one could clearly explain the reason for the extra charges.
Another concern was the strong sewage-like odor inside the restaurant, which made the dining experience even less enjoyable.
The sauces were just okay. The red sauce definitely had some heat, but the flavor wasn’t really to our liking.
On a positive note, the chips, guacamole, refried beans, and rice were the highlights of the meal. The pastor pineapple flavor seemed promising as well, and I think it would have been much better if the food had been served hot.
Overall, the quality, atmosphere, and value didn’t meet our expectations, especially with the added fees, cold food, and unpleasant odor.

I like this place but every time I order online for a pickup they never bother to read any of the options I pick. It’s not a big deal but I always choose NO ICE in my drink so it’s not watered down by the time I pick up but my drinks always has ice and I would have to ask them to give me a new one.
Also wouldn’t it make sense to put the plastic wrap over the drink before putting the lid on VS wrapping the entire cup with the plastic wrap? It’s still going to spill if they wrap the entire cup because it has an opening on the lid.
I don’t know every time I order I just keep getting disappointed by the lack of attention to detail.
