  Very rarely do I give a one-star review. Sadly, I love Taco Bell, I just don't think they (and any others in the DFW area) are capable of putting together an order for more than 2 people successfully. You have to check the order every time because it will always be wrong. We just left and didn't have time to check and once we got home found we were missing several items including a crunch wrap supreme, which is one of the biggest items on the menu. This is beyond frustrating. This store and the one off 287 are the absolute worst.

  Seriously, you would think that if a large order comes in for pick up, they would check the bag and make sure the contents are all there. They had plenty of time. I ordered online, it was already "ready" before my son went out the door. 20 minutes later he walks in, we start separating our orders and we are short 3 things!!! One of them was an item that wasn't cheap. A crunch wrap supreme!!!! A Tajin taco!!! A taco supreme! Isn't it the manager's job to QC an order? FAIL!!! You screw us once, we're done.

  Regular customer. Food is good and store is generally clean. However, they have a new district-wide policy that requires customers to pay $1 for access to drinking water. I spoke with the manager on duty, who explained that other customers in their district have been stealing fountain drinks when provided with water cups, so they will no longer provide free water cups. This makes sense from an operations perspective, but creates a bad customer service experience and a sense of injustice done from punishing honest customers instead of punishing thieves. Kumar Management might think they are saving money, but they just lost a regular honest customer until their policy gets changed by someone who cares about customers. It's not an undue burden to fill a clear plastic cup with water behind the counter and provide it to paying customers. I was denied contact information to speak with the district manager.

  This location absolutely puts NO MEAT on their tacos or Mexican pizza. I mean NO MEAT. You know how sometimes you got to places and they put the minimal acceptable amount of meat on tacos and you like ok that’s fine, but this location went way below that line. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

  they run this taco bell like the navy. i get it that it’s slow at peak times but i see their hard work
