  Went through the drive thru 2 mins before opening. They said they were closed. So, I came back 10 mins later to pay $13 for the smallest burrito supreme and two cheese and chips. Will never go here again!!

  Downloaded the Taco Bell app and placed an order while literally standing in a Taco Bell and the app choose the wrong location! Said something to employees and talked to the manager and they would literally do nothing for me besides telling me to call the non existent number in the app. The order was all of five dollars and they refused to do anything even though they acknowledged problems with the app!

  Yesterday I went through the drive through at this location in the afternoon hoping I could get my order taken and my time and money to be valued. Instead whoever was on the microphone on the drive through was so rude and disrespectful. I heard laughter and I got ignored when I tried to place my order. I tried to order twice and was ignored both times. I wound up having to leave angry and hungry because 1 minute of someone’s time could not be focused to take the order of a hard working customer.Please to not bother wasting your time or money for this specific Taco Bell location as they are very unserious and dont value customers. I will never return to this location again and I hope they shut down. I would rate this place 0 stars if I could even negative 10 if possible.

  I don’t like leaving one-star reviews, but I was extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service. I placed an order through the app and drove to the store to pick it up. The app didn’t show that my order had gone through, but my debit card was charged twice. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I showed the employee the charges on my bank statement, confirmed the location and asked if they could honor my order. Instead, I was told there was nothing they could do and that I would have to dispute the charges with my bank. What made the experience even more frustrating was that my GPS had already taken me to a location about 15 minutes out of my way. I ended up paying twice for a meal I never received and left the restaurant hungry and disappointed. I understand that technical issues happen, but customer service is how those situations are handled. I wasn’t expecting a perfect situation—I was hoping someone would make an effort to help find a solution. Unfortunately, I left feeling like my concerns didn’t matter. This was my first visit, and based on this experience, it will also be my last.
