  I ordered on the app. When I got there, this girl tried telling me there was no mobile order for me. I showed her my receipt that showed when I placed the order and the location was correct. She told me I could pay $12 cash for a sub. I told her no… I paid online and showed her my receipt. She told me to come back another day to talk to a manager then. And went to help other cash only customers. I asked for her name to talk to the manager and she said no, and then ignored me. When I left, they voided the order (which funny enough didn’t exist 5 minutes prior). There are plenty of subways in the area… go to ANY location but this one!

  Went to the drive thru to order food. Received no service at the order box then drove to the window. Workers saw me outside and ignored me. Just drove off and left.

  This place says it closes at 11 got there at 10:45 and lobby was closed went to the drive thru and the guy said they were closed told him it’s barely 10:50 and he said yea we already putting up the stuff why if you don’t close till 11pm not supposed to put up anything until you close will never come to this spot again and will be calling corporate and complaining

  Ordered in the mobile app and they lied about not having my order it took 20 minutes for them to serve me and my mother until a manager finally came out
