  Terrible customer service. Very disappointing experience. Sonic has always been a customer friendly drive up diner. Took ordering online to get an order placed. Probably won’t be back.

  Marcus is such a breath of fresh air. He came out and made me laugh so I had to make him laugh too in return. Experiences like this is whats gets you repeat customers ... Yolanda

  I stopped at this location after the movies and got some onion rings and a slushy, this place made me and my daughter very sick, their grease was old!!!! Don’t eat here!!!!

  We came after church to get a bite to eat. We had not pushed the bottom yet and the voice came on asking for our order. We said we didn't press the buttons yet and asked for more time. When we were ready we pressed the button and they never answered. We pressed a couple more times and they never answered. We went on our app and found another sonic nearby where we placed our order for pick up. They have 1 star as I could not leave a review without it.

  We stopped for a couple chili cheese dogs and some groovy fries, cause we were wanting to get groovy with the fries. However, I noticed all the cars that came after us were leaving and I still had no groovy fries to get groovy with. I went to the restroom, which was not so groovy, it was dirty. Came back and still no doggies or fries. At this point i pushed the button again and they had no clue what happened to my order. They printed out my groovy receipt and acknowledged they "don't know what happened" I get that, ungroovy things happen...BUT she handed me my receipt (offered "can we make yall something else" I am not accustomed to ungroovy spit fries so I declined) she told me she had "no clue" as to when my refund would be on my account and told me to call the number on the receipt, I drove around the corner and called that number and guess what...it was her, not so groovy! It was the same groovy store that had no clue and didnt give me no groovy fries!! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♂️ P.S....Sonic needs to do some groovy drug tests!!
