  I’m not even sure why this location is still opened. The wait times is horrible at this location. I ordered 2 sonic blast & it took at least 20 minutes before my order I came out. It took about 5 minutes before anyone took my order & another 5 minutes for me to get my change back & I did not even get the correct amount back.

  The food at sonic has never been known to be high quality if you’ve been, you know. If you haven’t, it’s fast food. This location though was subpar on the service. I try to give a lot of grace. I know people can be extremely rude to those in the service industry; however, the lack of care when it comes to taking my order isn’t acceptable. I pulled into a spot, got all of our orders ready so I could make it easy for them to take the order and I’d have all the answers they may need. The person taking my order never confirmed that he was listening let alone repeat my order. I never got a total and was never told how to pay. After I said “yes” to “is that everything,” the speaker was silent and I heard nothing else. When the food came, half of it was missing altogether. I paid for the first half, and before he verified everything that was missed… he was gone. I never did get to order everything everyone wanted, but I wasn’t interested in a battle with someone who didn’t care. Overall, the place was clean, there were plenty of parking stalls on a Saturday at dinner time, and the food was what you’d expect. This is the only time I’ve visited this location, so I’m going to mark it off as a one-off night in the hopes my experience is not the norm.

  This is my 3rd time coming to this location and the 3rd time my food has been cold not even warm just straight up cold. I try not to write bad reviews but it’s ridiculous that I have been served cold food multiple times at this location. The food here isn’t fresh so I wouldn’t waste my money.

  Horrible experience, ordered 3 drinks, two of them came out with no syrup just carbonated water in a cup, asked for them to re do our drinks, waited. waited. 25 minutes later we gave up. Worst service of all time
