  I recently purchased a drink a strawberry passionfruit to be exact and whenever I tasted it I knew immediately it tasted watered down after I discussed my concern the manager which was very hostile refused to let me exchange mind u the drink I wanted to exchange it with was a cherry limeade witch is cheaper than the drink I got she got rude refusing to give me her name I. Order to make this review and rather have gave me a refund than to make it right or working with me but everything I said seemed to be taken the wrong way and tried charging me extra then decided to take a picture of my license bc she didn’t me a name continuing to say “yes one of many managers” on this shift suggesting that there wouldn’t be any accountability towards herself as a manager

  Laci was rude. i had a mobile order and when I checked in, she rang me up on the wrong stall and blamed it on me. She needs to get her attitude checked, and if she can’t, she needs to be fired.
