  I don't recommend coming here now. Unless it's your last choice. If you live down the street, that's understandable. It's not worth it the keep messing up at this location, double check your foo before leaving

  Only come here if you like to be treated with poor customer service and be held accountable for the lack of comprehension by the employees. Waited close to 45 minutes at the stall I had checked in. It was supposed to be done at 7:45 PM HAD to press the red button close to 8:30 PM after realizing everyone was getting their food. The young lady that came out immediately was confrontational and lacked a sense of accountability, instead of apologizing she proceeded to tell me I had to call the store when I arrived and told me it was my fault for not checking in. Keep in mind that it's not my first time ordering from Sonic and I ordered through the app all the time hence the reason when I checked in it registered on the screen of stall 36. She offered to give me food that had been sitting there close to an hour like if that was acceptable. She then proceeded to say that the order wasn't even in the system, but yet when I asked for a refund she was able to come back with a receipt with the exact ordered but said she couldn't process my refund. Even joked around and said well now you know for next time I answered "there won't be a next time. I know better now than to eat here" I NEED MY REFUND SONIC I ended up having to pay again at golden chick for decent food AND WASTED CLOSE TO AN HOUR SITTING THERE THINKING THAT MY FOOD WAS COMING. OLDER LADY CAR HOP HAS AN ATTITUDE NEEDS A DIFFERENT JOB SHE DOESN'T LIKE THE ONE SHE HAS.
