Terrible customer service. Employees are always mad because they working in a busy environment and always short staff. Last time I bought from this location they overcharge me for something I didn't buy, I guess they always doing funny business and treating customers like sh*t!. Never coming back to Papa John's at all.

I haven't even tried the pizza yet but there are too many workers handling food, register, and personal devices WITHOUT washing hands. Just saw a guy open the box to check pizza, walk to the toppings area, came around to print off a receipt and scratch his beard (he's a delivery driver) If I didnt already pre-order, I would've definitely walked out. Please do better

I didn’t have issues with the worker she was trying her best being the only one the one thing that really bothered me was she marked my order as ready when in fact it wasnt until 30 min later. While i understand the short staff i have only a small window of my break and now im in trouble for being late and i couldn’t get a refund because it was marked as ready. If i had know it was going to take long i would have cancelled the order. I wish that was an option. But it wasnt for me and i cant just call the manager because one im busy and two the managers number is the stores number he/she were not in at the moment. Over all dissapointed.

Ordered last night around 10 PM and that pizza came so quick it burned my mouth when I took the first bite! Usually avoid cause of the reviews but glad I ordered, 10/10 pizza was so good and came quicker than speed of light
