  Panera website delivery driver just left my order, receipt said order checked for each item. NO SANDWICH !! NOW I HAVE TO WAIT UP TO 1 HOUR, although store is 5 minutes away ! Just had my hip replaced or I'd drive up there, they were anxious to just REFUND N BE DONE with my situation!! How rude!

  I need to give a special to Ashley who if not a manager of that store should be she took excellent care of me and my family and I wanted to say thank you for such a great experience with Panera bread and we will be back soon thanks again Ashley

  Was welcomed warmly, met friends, enjoyed a selection of unique drinks: agave lemonade, papaya tea, and rosehip tea. I had a cup of the lemonade, it was new and delicious. The decor was cozy, and after some time, a server came round with a tray of samples: cranberry crumble and chocolate cake. Yum!

  The lady working the drive through window tonight at 8pm 04/10/2026 was so rude when I got to the window. She did not speak, took my money, gave my change, and my food with out a word even after I said thanks and have a good night. She clearly needs to be retrained, it is not even that busy. I will drive up to the Panera on trinity next time before I ever come here again. Piss poor attitude. I was nothing but a gentleman getting food.
