I had a frustrating experience with curbside pickup at this McDonald's. I waited in my curbside spot for about 30 minutes without receiving my order. I tried calling the restaurant several times, but no one answered the phone. After waiting that long, I ended up going through the drive-thru to get my food instead. That said, once I got to the window, the employees were very kind, professional, and genuinely apologetic about the situation. I really appreciated how they handled it and their willingness to make things right. I hope the curbside service improves because the staff's customer service was excellent despite the inconvenience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a Triple Cheeseburger Meal, but the cashier accidentally rang up only the sandwich. When I got to the pickup window, I realized I was missing both my large drink and fries (also when I got home realized it was a double cheeseburger although I paid for a triple). The employee acknowledged the mistake and gave me the large Coke, but told me I would have to drive all the way back through a long drive thru line just to pay for and receive the fries. I offered to pay for the fries right there at the window since I was already there, but the manager, Jay, refused and said the system wouldn’t allow it. He also told me I couldn’t stay at the window because I was holding up the line and other customers’ food would get cold. My issue was never paying for the fries I was ready to pay. My issue was that the restaurant made the mistake, yet I was expected to spend additional time waiting in a long line instead of them resolving it while I was already at the window. What made even less sense was that they were able to correct part of the mistake by giving me the drink but wouldn’t let me pay for the fries at the same time. Good customer service is about solving problems, not making the customer pay for an employee’s mistake. I hope management provides better training on how to handle situations like this in the future. I hope the manager is trained or fired as well.

I have had a horrible experience with this McDonald's I placed $23.46 order I was waited on by a young man who took the order when I paid him for it he repeated my order. Also thank me! When I drove up I was greeted by a young lady who had a light purple ponytail she gave me my drinks, not handing my food with it she said oh yeah food. I then has to asked for condiments and napkins my food was in one bag, I asked her why it wasn't in several bags asked to with the order. My frys where hot but cooked to long they where hard couldn't even eat them my dtr. wanted to go back in,I was afraid to thinking they could do something to my food!!! I am a diabetic and I really don't eat alot of fried food! This particular night was for my greatgrand dtr. I just wanted to get me fish sandwich combo my sandwich looked like it was prepared hurriedly I was piss off I got a nice young man who took this order but the last employee who gave my order shouldn't even be working for McDonald's please have a talk with your employees tell them that your business is maintained by them with the McDonald's name and value of their service please put this on your board to let them know word of mouth is the best advertising. Tysm I will be following up on this to either give me a refund or placement for my FOOD!!! That wasn't even worth eating after coming home a waste of my MONEY!!!!!!!! I'm willing to give you all another change if you can promise me that I can get the food and service that is known for the McDonald's corporation. Also it was 9:30 p.m.on July, 26th 2026 the time we came through the drive thur. I looked forward to get the food and service that's stands in front of the McDonald's Corporation ty hagd

If I could give this McDonald’s zero stars, I absolutely would. It is the closest McDonald’s to my house, and unfortunately, I have problems almost every time I go. They always serve me ice cream that is practically melted. When I ask them to replace it, they act like they are making a new one, but they never actually give me a properly frozen one. Today was the final straw. I placed a takeout order, and when I got home, I realized there were no straws, no ketchup, no napkins, and none of the sauces I ordered. They also didn’t include the Happy Meal toys for my children. On top of that, I specifically ordered the fries for my children’s Happy Meals without salt, and every single order of fries came with salt. I genuinely don’t understand why McDonald’s offers the option to order fries without salt if the employees are just going to ignore the request and do whatever they want anyway. This was a complete Sunday disaster. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but these problems happen repeatedly at this location. The staff really needs to pay more attention to orders and improve the quality of service. I am extremely disappointed

If I could leave no stars I would. I hate coming to this location. My son had autism and only eat McDonalds and they give me problems EVERYTIME! The “manager” on duty Melanie/Malanie however you spell it I wouldn’t know because she wasn’t wearing a name tag and wouldn’t show me here claiming they don’t wear them, ridiculous. She took my order incorrectly and misused my code resulting in me having to pay a higher price. She was rude and unprofessional even when everyone around her was cooperating. It’s so disappointing going to a fast food location and having a horrible experience when you continually spend your money in the business and supposed to be In and out! MELANIE YOU MADE MY EXPERIENCE AT THOSE MCDONALDS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! ITS A SHAME YOU TOOK PRIDE IN HAVING S HORRIBLE ATTITUDE OVER A $3 MISTAKE THAT YOU DID!
