  80% chance your order will be messed up. If you have to pull into one of the spots for the drive through its even worse you’ll be there for at least 20 minutes waiting. The line takes forever, why have 2 order lanes when they never use them at the same time? We have given this location multiple chances but after today we will no longer be buying McDonald’s. Go to chick fil a next door

  This McDonald’s is a horrible example of how a franchise should be run. The elder Caucasian lady, who is the manager in the evenings is unprofessional uncaring and just downright complicit and their slow moving lack of service. I can’t stress enough how much you should avoid this McDonald’s. Ordering a numbered meal right off the menu at 7 PM in the evening should not entail having to wait in the parking lot for the meal to be sourced and prepared. Then upon going in to see what was going on, the restaurant was empty. No long lines. I asked to get the mgrs attention several times before she finally gave me that annoyed look. Then she begrudgingly came over after talking to another employee. Trying to explain to her what the issue was, she didn’t care, she was already annoyed and giving me the attitude she’s been living with all her life. I’ll follow up with emails to the district and area manager as well as customer feedback on the app on this particular store and that particular manager. Sad day McDonalds. Do better

  I hate this location. There is always a need to park whenever I order. Today the bs that they gave me solidified me never returning. Im so pissed Im glad I live quite a distance away

  I ordered breakfast well before. The cut off time a the order was confirmed and money was taken out of my account . Store refused to make my order a, then refused to give me a refund , I then tried to get something of equal value for the order they refused to make , and was denied again. I took the high road and left the store in a calm manner with no food and money stolen from me by this location.

  I got the food that I ordered, as it was ordered and it was hot. The only 2 complaints I have are the fries were not filled like I believe there are supposed to be, and when I was asked to pull forward to wait for my food I was directed to stall 4 which was occupied by another car. I had to drive around the building after that car pulled out. It was rather busy but they either need a camera to see which spots are taken, or take the hit on time and let you sit at the window.
