    We went here for my sons birthday. We only had three kids so we did not make a party reservation. We went on a Monday night and we’re thrilled to find out that you can get a 12.99 All game pass. The boys had so much fun and my husband and I watched the World Cup game in the restaurant. The atmosphere was great and we enjoyed it thoroughly.

    My partner oreder the slider which never came. The server said she forgot to put the order in. The waitress never came back to see if the drinks needed to be refilled or if we needed anything else. Not a good experience for food and drinks for me.

    I sign my kids up every year for the Kids Bowl Free program. This is the closest location to us, so I always choose it. The machines malfunction in some lanes frequently. The lettuce used for my salad yesterday was already turning pink and brown, so they need to be mindful of that. The food is not that great, but it's not a restaurant. My kids always enjoy the time we spend there

    I was there an hour ago, played with my grand daughter and the games are difficult for a two year old we decided to treat her to ice cream. Now I spent $72 for the worse service possible 🙃., we ordered Chicken tenders, nachos and ice cream. I received the nachos first, and waited 10-15 more minutes and received the ice cream, 5-6 more minutes after I asked to speak with the manager ,(listening to his spill on why the nachos arrived first. I had no silverware or napkins, something I went and got for myself. Then the chicken came (3) and I asked why it took so long for 3 tenders and fries when all of it could have came together. I was no longer hungry but upset for the worst staff and service I have every received. I asked carry outs and didn't receive a carry bag! Asked for that and some big rude chick threw it on the table and walk off. What I want is my money refunded. So I'll pursue this further.

    Went there last night to watch the México game. There were 9 of us. When we arrived there weren’t many people. Maybe 5 tables max with people. There was only one server. After waiting for a while he took our drink order that took forever, at the minimum 20/30 min. Half of us got our drinks, my sister had to go to the bar to ask where the other half of our drinks were. She order a frozen margarita which was more like a sweet slushy by the time she got it. We had to keep going to the bar to ask for drinks, refills on water and soft drinks because there served had to many tables to tend to. The server at this point had too many tables to keep up with. Then had to flag the server to take or food order, which again took forever. Our food didn’t come out at the same time some of us finished eating before others even got their food. We had to go ask the kitchen for plates. Our fried pickles came after we ate and that was because I had to go walk to the kitchen and tell him we never go them. I asked for a discount since service was so bad the server replied he had no control over the kitchen. At this point l think he should have at least advised to his manager of the situation. They did eventually get more servers and more employees after 9pm by this time it was packed. But still seemed like they could keep up. Definitely don’t recommend and definitely will not return,
