  We had an absolutely amazing experience at Main Event, and Kat deserves special recognition. From the customer service to running the Human Claw, she was exceptional. Her attitude, energy, patience, and genuine kindness toward the kids stood out immediately. We were there with a large party made up of multiple families, and Kat went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time. She didn’t just do her job well, she made the experience feel special. The way she interacted with the kids, kept the energy positive, and handled everything with such professionalism made a huge impact on our entire group. Management: Kat is the kind of employee you want representing your business and the kind of person you should recognize, invest in, and promote. Outstanding customer service like hers is the reason families leave happy and want to come back. Thank you, Kat, for helping make our day at Main Event one we’ll remember!

  Have to give the fattest most deserving shout out to the crew who did the dam thing and showed up & showed out durin our visit 🫰🏼🥰! First off I have to say the prices to play, drink and eat are actually so decent and affordable so keep up the competitive prices👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼!!! (Anyone who says otherwise should take they lil bit of money's take they kiddoes to Dollartree and get them some treats a toys that work with in they budget 🦶🏼🪨) Just Sayin💁🏻‍♀️ The team💪🏼!!!! Thomas & Bianca at the front counter we're so friendly, patient and attentive to me and my fam jam 🫡💕 THANK YOU! Alex who runs the floor from the bar to the bowlin alley to the game room 👌🏼💕! Kayla at the bar 🫶🏼 who was such a gem and took care of us and our extra selves 🥂🍸🍷! Thank your for the Green Tea shot gal 🙌🏼😏!!! And Corbin 🫶🏼 (I hope I got the spellin of ya name right), for havin the patience, tolerance and over all amazing service. The team you have is killin it👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼!!! EVERYONE DESERVES THE FATTEST RAISE 💰💰💰, EMPLOYEES OF THE MONTH🏆 and ONE WEEK PAID VACATION🌴🏖 !!!! Visiting from Canada to relocate my family to Texas, durin our stay we are checkin out at the festivities and joints, and y'all did not disappoint!!!!   We had a birthday party for our son's 8th birthday party at Main Event Grand Prairie, and it was an amazing experience! Ariana was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. She went above and beyond by helping us set up our decorations, keeping our group of 13 energetic kids organized for cake and activities, and making sure everything stayed on schedule without ever making us feel rushed. She handled every little change with kindness, flexibility, and professionalism. The food was served on time, tasted great, and the entire event flowed seamlessly. Ariana made us feel like VIPs, and because of her, I was able to relax and actually enjoy my son's birthday instead of worrying about the details. If you're considering Main Event Grand Prairie for a birthday party or special event, I highly recommend it - and if you're lucky enough to have Ariana as your host, you are in excellent hands. Thank you for making our baby's birthday so memorable.

  My family and I went here last Sunday. My husband and kids and I were enjoying our time here until a bartender decided to say something highly sexually inappropriate to me. I immediately told my husband. We decided for ourselves and our daughter that we would handle it after we left. I tried over 20x to reach a manager. Or any other employee. I couldnt get through to anyone. I called corporate. Made the report. Got a email saying someone would be reaching out to me. I have called back multiple times and nothing. We won't be going back here as long as yalls establishment thinks its ok for your employees to sexually harass your customers.

  ​My son and I come in every Monday to bowl (unless one of us is out of town), and the service here keeps us coming back! ​Thomas at the front counter is absolutely fantastic. Every week, he greets us with a genuine smile and already has our setup pulled up in the computer ready for payment, along with our correct shoe sizes waiting on the counter before we even ask. That level of efficiency and attention to detail is rare and so appreciated! ​Micaela at the bar is equally amazing. She always greets us warmly as soon as she sees us walk in. The service at the bar is lightning-fast, the drinks are consistently great, and she makes an outstanding French 75! 🥂 ​Since we only come to bowl, I can’t speak much to the arcade or other activities, but for bowling, it's a great spot. Every now and then, the bowling machinery might have a small hiccup—like a delayed ball return or a finicky pinsetter—but the staff always gets it fixed quickly without missing a beat. ​The outstanding service from Thomas and Micaela easily earns this place 5 full stars. Thank you both for making our Monday night routine so enjoyable!
