  King Hibachi is hands down my favorite food truck! The Trio Plate is my all-time favorite—it’s always fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly every single time. The portions are generous, and the quality never disappoints. On top of the amazing food, the staff is incredibly fast, friendly, and welcoming, making every visit a great experience. If you’re looking for delicious hibachi with outstanding customer service, King Hibachi is a must-try. Highly recommend!

  Food was amazing! Super friendly and always have good tasting food. I love their fried rice and egg rolls. Went there tonight and ordered the shrimp hibachi.

  I got a king plat portion are good still don’t care for lobster so take my lobster review with a grain of salt wanted to give them a five star but just can’t rice was decent definitely need more flavor noodle was pretty decent also could use a bit more flavor steak just was kind of dry I like it cooked but please guys we need more flavor shrimp was good sauce just wasn’t it it’s a little orange sauce wasn’t spicy don’t like spicy stuff just honestly tasted like thousand island ranch should definitely include a drink machine and selection of cups they offer bottle sodas cheese cake wasn’t for me but

  I was quite disappointed with my recent experience. Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not meet expectations, especially given the price point. The steak portion was small, overcooked, and contained several pieces of gristle. Additionally, the vegetables were mushy from being overcooked, and the serving of rice was minimal. I hope the truck can address these consistency issues.
