- SUSandy UnzuetaSep 16, 20261.0Just recieved worst customer she had no motivation she was lazy didn’t go out of her way I felt so bad I left crying I drove 20 Min
- AMApril MyersSep 13, 20261.0I was cheated out of a mobile order my husband picked up for me. The number on Google doesn’t even work so you can’t call to speak to anyone regarding the issue. His smoothie bowl was fine. Full bowl with right amount of fruit but mine had half a container same bowl ordered for 10+ dollars. Not worth it at all!!
- VLVarhan LeeAug 22, 20262.0Everything went well except for the customer service. Today I was treated badly. The lady that worked there was very rude. If you see a short African American lady with a grill in her mouth, please don’t order that day. She is terribly rude and her customer service is horrible. On top of that the açaí primo bowl that I ordered, was made terribly wrong.
- B'Bout BallersJul 15, 20265.0Idk what yall are paying the manager Michelle but up it, or double it. She's definitely the life of the party and for her not to own the location and still show the amount of spunk and care that she shares with her customers is nothing short of amazing. I normally don't review established chains cause I feel they don't need my help with reviews but her customer service demanded it. Thank you again Michelle for the greatest 10 minutes I've ever spent in a smoothie spot.
