  We have eaten at the one on Green oaks. The food is delicious and prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend this place. The service is excellent, courteous staff. Please try this place you will really enjoy.

  Went through drive thru, took 25 min for my order to be ready. I asked for the extra spicy one available and it wasn't even mild. I love spicy food. And this wasn't it.

  Absolutely loved my experience at Hangry Jaja! You can really tell this is a family-owned restaurant that takes pride in what they do. The chicken was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, and everything tasted like it was made with care. The portions were great, the service was friendly, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and genuine. It’s always great to support a local family business, especially when the food is this good! Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend Hangry Jaja if you’re looking for delicious chicken and great people! 🍗🔥 I was too "Hangry" so no pics were taking. Definitely next time!!

  We drove about 30 minutes from DeSoto to try Hangry JAJA after seeing it on TikTok, and food-wise, I’m glad we made the trip. The food was really good and definitely the strongest part of the experience. My biggest complaint was the customer service. If I were rating the service separately, it would probably be closer to one star. It wasn’t very welcoming or helpful, especially for first-time customers who had driven across town specifically to try the place. Nobody really explained the menu, suggested sauces, or asked if we wanted to add ranch. Honestly, ranch would have made the meal even better, and a simple “Would you like ranch or any sauces with that?” would go a long way. The menu also needs some attention. The item we specifically came to try after seeing it on TikTok was at the bottom of the menu and was extremely difficult to read. I’m not sure if the owner is aware of that, but if social media is bringing people in for a particular item, customers should be able to easily find and read it when they get there. A few other little things: there were a couple of flies inside, although that happens sometimes, and I thought having a Disney movie playing was a little odd for a Saturday. Personally, I think sports or something similar would fit the atmosphere better. Overall, though, the food was great. I like supporting small businesses, and we’ll probably give them another shot. There’s definitely potential here—the customer service and overall experience just need to catch up with the food.

  This place has become one of my go-to spots for weekday lunches, and the biggest reason is how easy they make it. You can order online and pick the exact time you want to grab it. For someone who only has a short lunch window, that is a huge plus. No standing in line, no wondering if the order will be ready just walk in, pick it up, and go. It completely removes the usual midday stress. The food delivers on value too. Portions are generous for the price. One order easily fills me up for lunch, and I still have enough left over to eat as dinner once I get home. That kind of stretch makes it feel like a smart, practical choice rather than just another takeout meal. Staff are consistently friendly. When the place isn’t slammed, they’re happy to chat a bit, which makes the quick pickup feel a little more personal instead of purely transactional. Overall, it’s reliable, filling, and considerate of people who are short on time. If you need a no hassle lunch that also covers dinner, this one checks the boxes.
