Fries were hot and they gave me a ton like usual. Staff was cool and kept the place pretty clean even while it was busy. A bit pricey but cant really complain about the food.

The gal taking our order struggled with everything but onions mustard and green peppers and I am still not sure how my larger priced burger was the same size as my wife's little burger what did I pay almost 5 dollars more for? Yes the fries were good. But the buns had something so wet hit both of ours they were mushy and soggy and not appetizing. I had never been to a five guys not sure I would come back with all the burger choices it there. Disappointing the place did appear clean inside as we waited for our order. Which we both bet would be wrong and we weren't wrong. Both were.. well we decided to try again and see if it was a one off. Bryson first day behind the register. He followed our order exactly and repeated back with confidence. We got home inspected and only thing this time around was only 2 slices of jalapenos a few more would’ve been nice. Now a 7$ order for French fries was underwhelming when you think about the cost of a 🥔. It was about the size of a McDonald’s small fries. The last time fries were fine this time. Not so much. As much as I appreciate your previous comments and want to make it right. How many people keep their receipts for fast food. Usually you don’t have to. But maybe I should if I ever come back here. Thank you

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
