  The food is usually spot on with flavor and freshness. This particular location was very bland.

  I came in for a to go order, I saw my order sit for 10 minutes before worker realized it was ready. Drink machine is broken everything is warm, atmosphere is whack too i saw multiple celing speakers and no music playing all you could hear is beeping from the machines in the back. I’ve gone to some great pollo loco locations and this was not one of em.

  Please do not order through DoorDash or this restaurant. Not positive which one but my card information was given away/sold and the company that took money was coming from Tijuana. Best of luck to you all.

  Queso Crunch Double Chicken Burrito Bowl: the chicken was little on the old/over cooked texture. The portion was generous but I feel like it was missing sour creams and pickled jalapeños. Maybe this would of made it a little better. The green salsa was ok didnt add much flavor.
